If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new garments for a refund or store credit, or exchange them within 10 days of purchase. Vintage and sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. All new items, along with any and all accessories, must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed conditions subject to our discretion. Garments must also be free of odors, smells, make-up and lotion residues, and must be packed and shipped in a mail-standard envelope, package, or box. Mixed Business is not responsible for any damages to packages while in transit.

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns or exchanges on any new, non-sale items may be redeemed within 10 days of receipt. All conditions of the Return Policy apply to online returns and exchanges. Shoes must be returned with their boxes and their accessories in their original, unworn conditions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.
